“Access to hygiene products has become an important aspect of the support that Burnside Gorge Community Association provides to clients, families, and community members. A young family who had lost everything shared that receiving soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste gave them a sense of hope and dignity during a very difficult time. Similarly, a person experiencing homelessness told us that after receiving a hygiene kit with soap and deodorant, they finally felt human again.”

"“Their generous donations of lovely bars of soap, hair and skin care products, baby

needs and feminine hygiene items have made our Savory kids’ and parents’ lives so

much more pleasant. These are challenging times for some of our low-income families at Savory, and many of these products are simply out of their reach”.

"The program, Dashes of Hope, has helped out with quite a few different things for people like me that don't have a lot of money. I'm only making $1,900 a month, so I don't have a lot of cash coming in, so the help that I get from Soap for Hope Canada helps me get to a lot further.  Hygiene has made a difference in my cleanliness and It cuts down on diseases ".

Ordering Process for Community Facilities

Following these steps will help us serve you efficiently and ensure you receive the support you need.

  • Complete our Survey

Filling out our survey helps us understand your Facility and the people you serve. Please find the survey here.

  • Fill Out the Order Form

After completing the survey, proceed to the order form. Please order the quantity you require. We encourage you not to stockpile products as we will not have enough for other Community Facilities. You can order as often as you need.

If we receive an order that does not have quantities indicated, we will not process the order.

Please note: If you order an amount that we are out of stock, you can always order again. Sometimes we do not have enough products for everyone.

Access to our order form here:

After filling the order, please email it to victoria@soapforhopecanada.ca

  • Pick Up or Delivery

If you are in Victoria, we will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up at our warehouse: 426B William Street.

For other areas in BC and Alberta, ACE Couriers offers our community partners their lowest available rates. This partnership ensures you still have access to affordable shipping options. Please note that this is a service provided directly by ACE, and we do not charge or bill on their behalf. If your facility has an existing shipping arrangement, please let us know the details of who will be picking up your order, and we will be happy to coordinate.
