A bar of soap, a clean towel, a warm blanket, these essentials—often taken for granted— can transform lives for those facing financial insecurity and high cost of living.

Sarah Gait

Office Coordinator at SHAOL Centre

Beacon Community Services - Sidney

“Many of our seniors who receive Soap for Hope Canada hygiene packages are low-income seniors. Soap for Hope Canada generously has donated packages for our Seniors in the SHOAL Centre in Sidney. We have given these out to our clients, who receive meals from us, and to people facing homelessness in our community.”

Education Assistant

Savory Elementary School - Langford.

“We are so very grateful to your organization for the amazing personal hygiene products you have donated. This has been so appreciated by our families. As it is such a challenging time for many of our families at Savory. It is nice to ease the burden for these families. One of the comments over our Christmas market from one parent said 'this has absolutely changed our family's holiday”

Ordering Process for Community Facilities

Following these steps will help us serve you efficiently and ensure you receive the support you need.

  • Complete our Survey

Filling out our survey helps us understand your Facility and the people you serve. Please find the survey here.

  • Fill Out the Order Form

After completing the survey, proceed to the order form. Please order the quantity you require. We encourage you not to stockpile products as we will not have enough for other Community Facilities. You can order as often as you need.

If we receive an order that does not have quantities indicated, we will not process the order.

Please note: If you order an amount that we are out of stock, you can always order again. Sometimes we do not have enough products for everyone.

Access to our order form here:

After filling the order, please email it to victoria@soapforhopecanada.ca

  • Pick Up or Delivery

If you are in Victoria, we will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up at our warehouse: 426B William Street.

For other areas in BC and Alberta, we are pleased to offer an exclusive 25% discount with ACE Couriers. This partnership ensures you still have access to affordable shipping options. If your Facility has an existing shipping arrangement, please let us know the details of who will be picking up your order, and we will be happy to coordinate.
