What is a Community Facility?
A Community Facility is a place where vulnerable populations receive support and care programs, such as a Shelter, Transitional Home, Street Outreach Service, Food Bank, School, Low Income Senior Facility, Indigenous Community, Refugee Centre, or Emergency Centre assisting people fleeing from fires and floods, among others.

“Many of our seniors who receive Soap for Hope Canada hygiene packages are low-income seniors. Soap for Hope Canada generously has donated packages for our Seniors in the SHOAL Centre in Sidney. We have given these out to our clients, who receive meals from us, and to people facing homelessness in our community.”

Education Assistant
Savory Elementary School - Langford.
“We are so very grateful to your organization for the amazing personal hygiene products you have donated. This has been so appreciated by our families. As it is such a challenging time for many of our families at Savory. It is nice to ease the burden for these families. One of the comments over our Christmas market from one parent said 'this has absolutely changed our family's holiday”

"We have been very fortunate to receive items from Soap for Hope Canada. Moms, who often put themselves last, get so excited to see treats just for them!
We know that you take great care in putting these packages together and our community benefits greatly from this support".
We distribute hygiene items (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, feminine products, razors, among other essentials) and linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, pillowcases, and more) across British Columbia and Alberta through Community Facilities. Our network serves children and Seniors, Low-Income Families, Refugees, Indigenous Communities, Homeless people and those living in evacuation centers for fires and floods.
Soap for Hope Canada is here to support organizations like yours that serve vulnerable people. If your Community Facility requires hygiene items and linens, reach out to us to explore how we can support your needs. Please note that we are unable to fulfill requests from individuals.
